Shipping Policy

At Moe’s Home Victoria, we do our best to make delivery and shipping as simple, clear, and stress-free as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after purchase to confirm availability, shipping method, and delivery timing. If an item is in stock locally, we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. If an item is being ordered from our warehouse or supplier, estimated arrival times will be confirmed once your order is processed.

Please note that furniture and large-item availability can change quickly, and some items may require transfer from an off-site warehouse.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in Victoria, Greater Victoria, and select Vancouver Island areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on location, item size, and service level.

For larger furniture pieces, we may offer:

  • Standard drop-off delivery
  • White glove delivery, when available
  • Special delivery quotes for oversized, remote, or difficult-access locations

Once your order is ready, our team or delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

Shipping Within Canada

Select items may be available for shipping within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available, or quoted separately for larger furniture pieces.

Large furniture items may require freight shipping, residential delivery charges, or additional handling fees depending on the destination and service required.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for eligible items. We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation from our team.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for confirming that items will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and into the intended space. Moe’s Home Victoria is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to access limitations.

Additional charges may apply if delivery requires extra labour, a second delivery attempt, or special handling.

Delivery Timing

Delivery and shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, warehouse transfers, weather, ferry schedules, freight delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will always do our best to keep you updated if timing changes.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
